WEEK 2
Shtilyan, the lifesaver
In the beginning, the fact that Shtilyan was in Bulgaria was a bit frustrating. In the end, it turned out to be our solution to our problems. He, with a fresh mind, came up with an amazing concept inspired by Chaldni's technique. We then talked about it, and tried to implement this idea into our concept. We then decided to create an interactive installation with a hologram as well as sounds, that people can control with their hand movements.

Getting our concept clear was not an easy thing. We had to talk to a lot of professors, as well as Jacob - a super cool artist - and the owner of the skate shop in the city. We god a lot of inspiration, and we finally got our concept straight.
week 5
Time flies, we are already halfway through our FAT project. Speaking of fat, on saturday 8th of june it was my birthday, to celebrate this on Friday I brought brownies and got cake from Indre, which we all have enjoyed!

This week I was mainly occupied with creating the visuals for in the hologram. Again with some help from very usefull teachers I managed to create interesting looking visuals, at least for me.

Besides this I gained more knowledge about substance painter. From one teacher I got the advice to make a visual more attractive 3D model, this could work in our benefit while reaching out for sponsors.

With the outside of the installation our main goal is to attract young, urban, open minded people. Our installation in the end would look like a bit industrial with a skate vibe. The last part mainly because we wil stand in front of a skateshop but it does add something like a good direction to the outside.

Another thing for this week is that I discovered how to create 3D logo's in maya. The way to this answer contained asking teachers while in the end I found my own way and was able to explain this question to a teacher!
