week 1 / conductive paint

In this week we have brainstormed on different concepts of our installation. Also defined the tasks for sprint one. Everyone chose the tasks they wanted to make. My tasks for sprint one are:

- make a storyboard of a user-journey;

- research on conductive paint and how could we use them;

So, I firstly started with research.

During this research I have found that with conductive paint you can barely anything you want - light up a lamp, make music with bare conductive piano, create sound waves and etc. It is a very nice way of creating a "clean installation" because it is all about the paint and almost any wires are used. And looks very neat.

For this project, as a group we already thought about projection mapping that could be based on conductive paint as cultural places in Enschede. This concept is very new, so we didn't approved that yet. We are waiting till Monday 13 May that we finally agree for the final concept.
