WEEK 2
Shtilyan, the lifesaver
In the beginning, the fact that Shtilyan was in Bulgaria was a bit frustrating. In the end, it turned out to be our solution to our problems. He, with a fresh mind, came up with an amazing concept inspired by Chaldni's technique. We then talked about it, and tried to implement this idea into our concept. We then decided to create an interactive installation with a hologram as well as sounds, that people can control with their hand movements.

Getting our concept clear was not an easy thing. We had to talk to a lot of professors, as well as Jacob - a super cool artist - and the owner of the skate shop in the city. We god a lot of inspiration, and we finally got our concept straight.
Week 1

Hi there! Welcome on my blog for the FAT Project.
As the title is saying, the first problems have already come up but lets focus on the good things first.
The speeddating lesson was a great succes. We (Marieke, Sacha and I) quickly founded some other members that wanted to join us and thought our idea was very cool!
Marieke, Sacha and me already did a project last quartille and came up with a concept that we wanted to realize during this project.
After the speeddating lesson we came together and started brainstormen about the concept and getting to know eachother.
The day after that there were 2 brainstorm lessons planned. 1 to come up with loaaaads of ideas and the other to converge them to 1 idea and make the concept. We had some really good ideas but we couldn't make it one big Immersive Experience and this is were the problems started to come.
The next day we had sprintplanning and focused on (of course) planning out the sprints and think of what we need to do this sprint nothing special happend and the day was very productive. We agreed that we wanted to have our concept finished on Friday so we could make a User Journey during the weekend and start some research the next week.
Friday began and we tried to finish our concept. This got out of hand and after some time we we're talking about a whole different concept that we all liked as well. We brainstormed some more and finally came to the conclussion that we all were tired and decided that everyone should upload their ideas and concept before monday evening so we could discuss it tuesdays and really make a final concept.
Some other things that didn't went really well is the fact that none of the teachers informed us about another schedule. Because there was no information anywere about rosters except for the first 3 days I thought that it was up to you to plan your project. I planned work and driving lessons 2 weeks before the project started and planned this on the lessons that were available in the xedule. Therefor I have some of my work and driving lessons overlap with eachother.
Luckily I managed to find some people that wanted to work for me and I was able to reschedule some driving lessons but not all of them :(
To end this blog item I want to say that I'm really glad with my team members. Indre, Rania and Shtilyan are really critically people what I really like! This way I think the project can only come to it's best.
