WEEK 2
Shtilyan, the lifesaver
In the beginning, the fact that Shtilyan was in Bulgaria was a bit frustrating. In the end, it turned out to be our solution to our problems. He, with a fresh mind, came up with an amazing concept inspired by Chaldni's technique. We then talked about it, and tried to implement this idea into our concept. We then decided to create an interactive installation with a hologram as well as sounds, that people can control with their hand movements.

Getting our concept clear was not an easy thing. We had to talk to a lot of professors, as well as Jacob - a super cool artist - and the owner of the skate shop in the city. We god a lot of inspiration, and we finally got our concept straight.
week 6 / Updating THE WEBSITE
In week 6 I had the website layout ready, so I started to ask for feedback. First my classmates, later on the people from our project target group + web development teacher Mathijs van Veen.

In this link you can find the website:
* Shtilyan said that the logo doesn't fit the style of our campaign so he designed the logo. Also his feedback on "more information" buttons was that they should be gone and instead of these buttons the user could press on the Festival Name and then open "more information"text. Moreover, the "see more" button was also changed because it dragged too much attention because of its shape and color. So I have changed the font size and got rid of borders to make it less catchy and give more attention for "Subscribe"button.

* The feedback (after I changed everything what Shtilyan told me) from the target group was that Menu button was hard to find because of its shape. Then Menu button could follow the whole page while you scroll because later on it is annoying to go up again just for navigating to another page. And that "Home"and "Events" page is almost the same..

* Mathijs van Veen feedback was that I have to change the button to more recognisable . And on "Home"page I could place some more information about the website itself and probably about the team instead of these "intro" events.
week 3 / WEBSITE MAP AND WIREFRAME
Second thing that I made this week was the site map/information architecture for our website. I wanted to start with website as fast as possible and having all structure ready in early stage will save me a lot of time.
week 6 /Helping with building the installation
On Tuesday we started to build our installation. So we teamed up to do as much as was possible in that day. Max and Marieke brought the wood from the shop. I with the rest helped with holding the pieces of wood to drill it together. Then I also helped to clean everything up.
